Location: Remote within the United States, Ohio, Cleveland

Salary: $20.34–$27.12 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct title research and compile commercial title search packages of varying complexity.
• Document research findings and prepare departmental correspondence and reports.
• Investigate and interpret tax records to determine tax liability.
• Apply established procedures, standards, and search department practices under general supervision.
• Use judgment within defined policies and escalate issues to experienced team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial title searching or abstracting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Investigative and research skills.
• Data entry, typing, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Internet proficiency, standard Microsoft skills, and proficiency with company operating systems.
• Ability to work remotely within the stated United States location.
