hirify.global’s Liberal Studies Program offers interdisciplinary education focused on global health, civic engagement, and student success.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Global Health courses, including LS 104: Intro to Global Health, as assigned.
• Assist with curriculum and course development when applicable.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain consistent standards across courses.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and assessment of student learning outcomes.
• Hold office hours and remain available to address student questions and concerns.
• Complete specialized online training and attend online workshops if teaching online.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a field related to global health.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally and effectively with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and contribute to student success.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching interdisciplinary courses.
• Knowledge of college student development.
• Terminal degree in a field related to global health.
• Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity.
