Recruiting Solutions and Outreach Manager (Recruiting)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Downers Grove, IL; Cleveland, OH; or Grand Rapids, MI.

Base salary: $50,000.00–$157,300.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and implement recruiting programs, campaigns, systems, tools, and talent outreach solutions.
• Lead a team responsible for sourcing and attracting employment candidates.
• Manage external partnerships and contracts with staffing agencies, marketing agencies, community partners, and talent acquisition technology providers.
• Consult with business and HR leaders on workforce needs and creative recruiting strategies.
• Use labor market data and workforce analytics to support hiring decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency initiatives, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, workforce analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder influence.
• Must work in an office-based setting at one of the listed US locations.
