English into Thai Linguist (Legal & Customer Support Specialist)

Location: Remote; applicants must be based in Canada or the United States

What you will do

• Translate English content into Thai while preserving the original meaning and ensuring readability.
• Review and copy-edit legal and customer support content.
• Take ownership of incoming account work and contribute to program quality.
• Work in Phrase using an Open Offers-based workflow.
• Provide clear rationale for translation decisions and follow client instructions.

Requirements

• Professional experience translating and reviewing legal and customer support content.
• Proficiency in both legal and customer support subject matter.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Native fluency in Thai is required.
• Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow character restrictions, style guides, and other instructions, and to perform both translation and review.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
