What you will do
- Serve as the point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects.
- Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members.
- Develop and review policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
- Review programs for conformance with Department standards.
- Perform constructability and biddability reviews.
- Lead risk management and issue resolution while mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- Experience in construction project management.
- Roadway or tollway construction experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate subordinate and staff members.
- Ability to perform constructability and biddability reviews and assess conformance with Department standards.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Previous experience on FDOT or Florida Turnpike projects.
