What you will do

• Establish project strategies, resourcing plans, and performance goals.
• Lead and oversee façade design consulting for new construction and investigations of existing building envelopes.
• Identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities while serving as the primary client contact.
• Manage projects and teams to achieve financial, quality, and delivery goals.
• Ensure design reviews, documentation checks, and other quality assurance activities are completed.
• Support practice leadership, staffing and resourcing, company standards, and promotion of façade consulting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including progressively responsible project management experience.
• Technical expertise in façade design, building envelope, roofing, waterproofing, and air barrier systems.
• Ability to conduct early studies, determine appropriate design systems, and guide drawings and calculations.
• Strong knowledge of façade practices, architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, codes, construction techniques, and costs.
• Professional licensure in California is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
