Focus on translating microcontroller, microprocessor, and connectivity technologies into regional value propositions, influencing product roadmaps, and converting design-in opportunities into revenue.
Location: Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States. Onsite role; remote work is not available.

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for MCU, MPU, and connectivity portfolios.
- Identify high-potential customers, manage design-in to design-win funnels, and support revenue growth.
- Build customer relationships, account strategies, roadmap alignment, and long-term opportunity tracking with Sales.
- Execute regional seminars, technology days, partner scouting, enablement activities, and trade shows.
- Develop distribution, design-house, and local partner ecosystems, including evaluation boards, IDE support, and software libraries.
- Analyze markets and competitors, communicate regional requirements, and influence the global product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related industries.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product line management.
- Experience with strategic or technical marketing, business development, applications, P&L management, supply chain, or cost management.
- Understanding of microcontroller architectures such as ARM Cortex and RISC-V, connectivity technologies including WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC, and embedded software ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen, customer focus, communication, influencing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience across consumer, industrial, automotive, data center, or communications infrastructure applications.
