Salary: NZ$87,000–NZ$107,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to the Facilities team.
- Implement operational plans for Facilities and Services.
- Coordinate and manage minor capital works projects for the faculty.
- Liaise with Property Services on space planning.
- Build relationships with Facilities and Services Managers and university departments.
- Manage and monitor the delivery of facilities and services activities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in operational or facilities roles.
- Experience leading a small team of staff.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining health and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of reporting, administration, and general information systems.
- Experience in team building, change management, and collaborative work.
- Strong relationship development and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in an ambiguous and complex environment.
