Location: West Point, GA, United States; onsite at the West Point Facility. Must be willing to work 2nd shift hours and support off-shift or weekend work as needed.

What you will do
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical, robotic, PLC, and automated-system failures.
- Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs using Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and related platforms.
- Maintain and support FANUC robotic systems, AGVs, and advanced automation equipment.
- Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations on installations, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, maintain documentation and backups, and support root cause analysis.
- Provide advanced training and coaching while driving automation, uptime, and process-efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Maintenance, Automation, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or advanced electrical systems.
- Expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC programming, including Studio 5000.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex automation and control systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals, with strong computer and maintenance-software skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment, perform physical tasks, and work 2nd shift, off-shift, or weekend hours as needed.
