Program Manager – Strategy, Global Operations

Salary: $131,378–$217,623 per year

What you will do

• Lead and support high-priority strategic projects across business units and functions.
• Manage stakeholders and deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior executives and functional leaders.
• Own multiple complex workstreams from problem definition through solution development and implementation.
• Address critical supply and demand challenges with business unit and functional leaders.
• Present recommendations and proposals to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; an engineering or operations degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of management consulting experience at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic, analytical, conceptual, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, executive-level presentations, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and global environments.
