Decision Analytics Associate Consultant (Digital Customer Experience)

Location: Hybrid role based in Princeton, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; or South San Francisco, California. U.S. work authorization is required, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use analytical techniques and data to support client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate findings through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and serve as a key project contact.
• Create deliverables, implement solutions, improve problem-solving capabilities, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
• Relevant backgrounds include operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Availability for hybrid work from home and on-site at client or hirify.global offices, with travel required for client-facing work.
