Regional Payroll Lead (Food Ingredients), LATAM

Location: Tambore, Brazil; Brazil is the preferred location, while other locations may be considered.

What you will do

• Lead payroll implementation, execution, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations across Latin America.
• Manage country readiness, testing, risks, dependencies, milestones, and payroll delivery against the global project plan.
• Oversee payroll vendors, including ADP and TMF, and ensure service levels, contractual commitments, and local requirements are met.
• Lead regional payroll resources, coach local teams, and drive consistent service delivery across multiple countries.
• Coordinate resolution of payroll issues and escalations with vendors, local teams, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and business leaders.
• Establish payroll controls, governance, standard operating procedures, audit readiness, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive multi-country payroll experience with significant LATAM leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing payroll vendors and local payroll teams across multiple countries.
• Experience supporting payroll implementations, transitions, carve-outs, separations, or transformation initiatives in complex multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, controls, governance, statutory requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and unionized environments across Latin America.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and business leadership.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese are required.

• Experience with ADP, TMF, or similar global payroll providers.
• Experience in shared services, global business services, or outsourced payroll environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, food, ingredients, or similarly complex operational environments.
