Multi-Platform Account Executive (Media)

Location: Colchester, Vermont, with work in the Plattsburgh or Burlington office

Annual salary: $38,000–$85,000, including guarantee or draw plus commission, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Implement strategies to grow revenue and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop assigned accounts and cultivate new business relationships.
• Build credible partnerships within the local business community.
• Educate prospects and clients about advertising options for reaching targeted audiences.
• Prepare and deliver researched strategic advertising plans.
• Sell integrated solutions across television, digital, social media, promotions, and creative services while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least three years of sales experience, preferably in media.
• Proven ability to achieve long-range objectives and implement strategies to meet them.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong interest in television, sports, and American culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wide Orbit Sales & Traffic, Monarch/Matrix CRM, Nielsen, ComScore, Prime Lingo, AdIntel, or Rhiza.
