What you will do

• Oversee the branch Transcon ground transportation department and manage shipment performance, exception reports, capacity, and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures, including revisions and operational updates.
• Lead employee onboarding, performance reviews, training, development plans, and department meetings.
• Build relationships with customers and service providers while supporting sales, retention, pricing, proposals, and new-business transitions.
• Manage department budgets, billing, accounts receivable, vendor payments, intercompany accounting, and P&L reviews.
• Promote compliance, operational improvements, system adoption, and hirify.global’ cultural standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or 4+ years of country-specific industry experience.
• Knowledge of logistics products, services, systems, company policies, and market competition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to complete at least 52 hours of relevant training annually and follow company policies and government regulations.
