Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule

Location: Lakewood, California, USA; regular on-site presence required in day programs in Norwalk, Signal Hill, and Long Beach.

Salary: $89,187–$96,749.13 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans, including functional behavior assessments.
• Provide direct clinical support in structured adult day programs.
• Partner with program staff to implement behavior strategies consistently and effectively.
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external partners as needed.
• Support staff during complex behavioral situations while promoting independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing, or an independent qualifying California license such as LP, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
• Licensed clinician candidates must have at least 12 units of ABA coursework and two years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to work on site in adult day program settings on a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
