Salary: $166,200–$282,500 annually

What you will do

• Architect and design transistor-level and gate-level circuits for leading-edge 3D NAND flash memory.
• Develop high-speed datapath circuits and page buffer designs.
• Perform block-level and full-chip circuit simulations against performance specifications.
• Design, synthesize, and verify Verilog RTL, including static timing analysis for page buffer and datapath control logic.
• Debug and evaluate silicon using micro-probing and collaborate with characterization engineers on silicon characterization.
• Partner with designers to resolve silicon issues and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 12 or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge or experience in datapath design for NAND, DRAM, LPDDR, or HBM.
• Knowledge of decoding and redundancy concepts, NAND page buffer design, and RTL design.
• Experience with Verilog, circuit simulation, and silicon evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-volatile memory design, especially NAND flash memory cell operation.
• Experience with high-speed I/O circuits.
• Strong device background and experience evaluating new process technologies for design use.
