What you will do

• Conduct technical impact analysis, prepare work estimates, and develop solution designs.
• Develop code for application enhancements and systems integrations.
• Prepare test plans and conduct unit and systems integration testing.
• Provide technical support for high- and critical-severity system outages, including off-hours support.
• Collaborate with the Clarity administration group and support Linux, database, and mid-tier environments.

Requirements

• CA Clarity PPM experience is required.
• 1–5 years of experience developing new applications or maintaining and supporting existing programs and systems.
• Experience supervising the technical aspects of application development and production activities.
• Thorough knowledge of policies, practices, and systems in the supported business area.
• Excellent writing and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to anticipate technical problems and develop preventive action plans.
