Location: Texas - Depot 2, Houston; AM shift with shift rotations
Base pay: $55,800–$75,390 per year, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Coordinate full shifts of fleet operations, including testing, manual data collection, and shift documentation across multiple geographies.
- Translate weekly operating plans into daily schedules, assign operators, and re-optimize allocations as conditions change.
- Track plan-versus-actual performance, publish shift reports and handoff notes, and provide operational insights.
- Support commercial deliveries by interacting with merchants and customers, coordinating on-road operations, and escalating issues.
- Serve as the first escalation point for technical, software, and emergency situations while communicating with field operators.
- Lead workflow optimization, process automation, and planning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in resource planning, allocation, optimization, or reporting, ideally in fleet management, autonomous driving, robotics, delivery, or logistics.
- Ability to create operating schedules for an assigned shift and work rotating shifts.
- Ability to synthesize operational data and create insights using Sheets, Data Studio, and Looker.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and remain composed during emergencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
- 2+ years of experience in the autonomous vehicle or delivery industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
