What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, mechatronics, electronics, and robotics.
- Partner with engineering and commercial leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent strategies.
- Source, engage, and build global pipelines for hard-to-find technical talent.
- Design sourcing strategies for enterprise and technical sales professionals with solution-selling, government and defense procurement, or high-tech B2B experience.
- Define candidate profiles, assess consultative and strategic selling skills, and calibrate talent pipelines with leadership.
- Use recruitment data and insights to improve hiring performance and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for technical engineering, manufacturing, hardware, software development, and R&D roles.
- Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, recruitment, and closing.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience in high-tech, deep-tech, robotics, defense, or product-led environments.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Rippling, and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and InMail.
