What you will do

• Lead risk management programs and manage related departmental processes.
• Analyze and document process workflows through interviews, workshops, and subject matter expert engagement.
• Build and manage workflows and tools, including Governance, Risk and Compliance vendor software.
• Track incident management, operational risk, business disruption, information security, data protection, compliance risk, and event management.
• Consolidate risk assessment results, create scorecards and metrics, and report findings to management.
• Develop mitigation and remediation solutions, escalate issues, and drive process improvements with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of operational and regulatory risk controls, concepts, and practices.
• Experience in the mortgage origination and servicing industry.
• Experience planning and executing risk mitigation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience building workflows, process maps, and business requirements documents.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and manage projects with complex interdependencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
