Rare Epilepsy Market Lead - Gulf Coast (Rare Epilepsy)

Location: Field-based role covering the Gulf Coast territory in the United States, including Florida and portions of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. Target cities include Jackson, New Orleans, Mobile, Tampa, and Orlando.

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 annually, plus eligibility for a $55,000 sales incentive target and participation in the long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Engage with epilepsy Centers of Excellence and rare epilepsy healthcare providers.
• Identify barriers to treatment and provide disease-state education.
• Promote Onfi (clobazam) and Sabril (vigabatrin) compliantly across the assigned US geography.
• Generate actionable local market insights and identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate compliantly with Commercial, Medical, Advocacy, and Market Access stakeholders.
• Support disease awareness, patient understanding, and education across the rare epilepsy ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strategic, field-based leadership experience in a local market.
• Experience engaging epilepsy Centers of Excellence and healthcare providers treating rare epilepsy.
• Ability to provide disease-state education and promote pharmaceutical products compliantly.
• Ability to generate market insights and collaborate across commercial and medical functions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
