What you will do

• Support operations for approximately $78 billion in BREDS assets and related transactions across REIT, private fund, managed account, and insurance structures.
• Partner with investment professionals and finance teams in London, New York, and Sydney on investment transactions and financing strategies.
• Oversee aspects of the offshore operations team and the portfolio company servicing and onboarding team, including training junior staff.
• Execute investment funding activities, including treasury, debt financing, and foreign currency considerations.
• Manage credit facilities across multiple vehicles, including funding advances, repayments, compliance reporting, covenant monitoring, and fee calculations.
• Validate monthly portfolio calculations and review investment analytics prepared for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction services, private equity funds, consulting, or relevant real estate debt roles.
• Experience in financial services and/or real estate is preferred.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment involving transaction execution and project-based initiatives.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

• CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA credentials.
• Experience leveraging technology and systems to improve processes.
