Account Executive (HCM/WFM/SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates should ideally live in or near their assigned territory. Travel: 50%.

Base salary: $100,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive compensation that may include commissions and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Maintain working knowledge of hirify.global products, capabilities, and technical advances.
• Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision-makers and end users.
• Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop sales and marketing proposals based on customer technical needs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the HCM, WFM, and SaaS industry.
• 1–3 years of proven success in a selling role.
• Ability to work within a United States territory and travel 50%.
• Experience selling to decision-makers and end users.

Nice to have

• Experience selling WFM, HRMS, or payroll solutions.
