What you will do
- Support job task analyses for defense all-source analysts.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects while managing teams, resources, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed project plans.
- Lead project teams, coordinate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Lead accreditation efforts and support Program Management Office administration, including candidate and certificant support, policy development, documentation, and tracking.
- Coordinate exam delivery with DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence and DIA Directorate for Intelligence Analysis instructors.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a counterintelligence-scope polygraph required.
- Five years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Department of Defense processes and terminology.
- Expert Microsoft Office skills demonstrated through published products.
- Experience engaging general officers, flag officers, senior executive service professionals, or Under Secretaries; facilitating senior-level meetings; and developing decision briefs.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills demonstrated through senior-level products, Inspector General reviews, or professional certification accreditation.
Nice to have
- Active CDASA-I/CDASA certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- SAFe Agile, PMP, or equivalent certification or experience.
- Experience with multi-agency or joint efforts, data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, intelligence training, nationally accredited certification programs, DoD instructional systems design, and job task analyses.
- Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in an ICD 203-related billet.
