Location: New York, United States
Annual base salary: $275,000–$300,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Design, build, and lead a global intelligence and threat assessment function.
- Develop intelligence strategies, operating procedures, collection protocols, analytical frameworks, reporting, dissemination, and escalation processes.
- Monitor and assess geopolitical, criminal, terrorism, civil unrest, insider, reputational, targeted violence, sanctions, and supply chain risks.
- Provide strategic intelligence assessments to executive leadership, investment stakeholders, portfolio companies, and security teams.
- Support executive protection, travel risk intelligence, event security, behavioral threat assessment, crisis response, and business continuity.
- Build relationships with law enforcement, intelligence community partners, government agencies, industry groups, and external providers while managing security intelligence vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Homeland Security, or a related discipline preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in the intelligence community, national security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security.
- Demonstrated experience within the United States Intelligence Community (USCI).
- Experience operating at the intersection of policy, security, and commercial decision-making.
- Expertise converting complex intelligence into clear business and investment insights and delivering briefings to senior decision-makers.
- Experience with intelligence products, threat assessments, investigations, due diligence, open-source intelligence tools, alerting platforms, social media monitoring, crime data, and incident management systems.

- Industry certifications or professional credentials in intelligence, security, or investigations.
