Performance Fitter - Las Vegas, NV

Location: Field-based in the United States, assigned to the Las Vegas, NV territory; frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories and events is required.

Pay: $16.50–$18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct hirify.global and Odyssey product fitting events using fitting protocols, launch monitors, and provided tools.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from event setup through completion.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials.
• Explain product features, benefits, and fitting concepts to diverse audiences.
• Provide personalized product specifications and apply selling techniques using the Odyssey Fits Tool.
• Communicate event accomplishments and challenges with the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong golf knowledge, communication, customer service, leadership, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and the full Callaway product line.
• Valid driver's license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with a varied part-time schedule.

Nice to have

• Golf club fitting experience and launch-monitor experience.
• At least one year of retail or golf shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of past Callaway products and the retail golf business.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, preferably an SUV or minivan.
