What you will do
- Market private banking products and services to business owners, executives, professionals, and Centers of Influence.
- Build referral networks with Commercial, Retail, Wealth, real estate, accounting, and legal professionals.
- Manage and develop private banking relationships while providing advice and cross-selling deposits, loans, wealth, and insurance services.
- Coordinate loan processing, underwriting, closings, deposit servicing, wealth management, and insurance relationship development.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, appraisals, and other documentation for mortgage and consumer loan requests.
- Prepare cash flow schedules and credit memoranda, review legal documentation, and negotiate with clients.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree.
- At least 7 years of experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Experience demonstrating strong sales performance, new household generation, and cross-selling results.
- Strong underwriting knowledge; experience with closed referrals to Wealth is preferred.
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
