Encapsulation Lead

Location: Clackamas, Oregon, USA; onsite shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Salary: $48,594–$69,420 per year; starting rate of $23.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour for the night shift.

What you will do

• Support the Blend and Encapsulation Supervisor with shift planning, coordination, workflow, and production output.
• Assign and manage encapsulation operators, communicate expectations, evaluate performance, and support shift training.
• Monitor equipment capability, production resources, downtime, maintenance needs, work orders, and schedule changes.
• Inspect capsules and review batch records, logs, and related documentation for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Work with Quality Control to identify, document, and resolve production and quality issues, including out-of-specification conditions.
• Promote safe working practices, cGMP compliance, continuous improvement, and achievement of daily KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Legal right to work in the United States required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform mathematical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Successful completion of job-related tests, certifications, drug screening, and background check required.

Nice to have

• Bosch operations experience.
• Experience with cGMP requirements for dietary supplement manufacturing.
• Experience identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and continuous improvement skills.
