Metal Process Operator

Location: Fremont, California, United States; onsite laboratory work

Pay: $24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Clean substrates before metal deposition and operate CPA sputter systems.
• Learn to change metal targets in CPA sputter machines.
• Maintain material traceability throughout each process.
• Report non-conformances and identify production inefficiencies and process improvements.
• Support area cleanliness, cross-train within the Metal/Laser group, and follow machine, material, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor processing experience.
• Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform repetitive fine-grasping, microscope inspection, and cleaning duties.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.

Nice to have

• Cleanroom experience.
• Familiarity with vacuum systems, process gases, and chemical cleaning.
