What you will do
- Conduct hands-on experimentation using scientific principles and methods.
- Analyze data to build foundational technical understanding and develop solutions.
- Solve real-life technical problems across innovation projects.
- Deliver technical outputs and complete key project milestones.
- Contribute to areas such as formulation, product research, product development, technology development, microbiology, process development, packaging, regulatory affairs, modeling, automation, robotics, and data science.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Graduating between January 2027 and July 2028.
- Available for a six-month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
- Strong ownership, self-leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with people from different cultures and organizational levels.
