What you will do
- Participate in planning and project definition meetings.
- Partner with UX and design teams to develop content aligned with user and business needs.
- Create branded UX/UI content and editorial deliverables that meet accessibility, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Enter content into content management systems.
- Manage individual tasks and project deliverables while collaborating with project teammates.
Requirements
- Demonstrated copywriting craftsmanship incorporating user, business, technical, brand, legal, accessibility, and UX/UI standards.
- Experience creating content for web, mobile, email, and other media formats.
- Technical writing skills for converting complex processes into clear instructions for non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office business tools, particularly Word.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Mac, SharePoint, and CMS systems.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic understanding of native application and WebView mobile content best practices.
