What you will do
- Lead commercial forecasting for Dupixent’s US Dermatology portfolio, covering in-line and future indications.
- Develop, document, communicate, and maintain short- and long-range patient, volume, and revenue forecast models.
- Coordinate forecast planning with Commercial, Finance, Market Research, Market Access, Analytics, Data Management, Demand Planning, and Global Forecasting teams.
- Enhance forecast models using segmentation, patient-flow analysis, payer mix, access assumptions, rebates, and external market data.
- Develop scenarios and ad-hoc analyses covering risks, opportunities, break-even points, return on investment, co-promotion, and proposed commercial initiatives.
- Present forecast assumptions, outputs, variances, and near-term outlooks to US Dupixent, North America, Global, and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of direct forecasting experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Alternatively, an MS, MBA, or PhD with 3–4 years of direct forecasting experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining short- and long-term forecast models; Microsoft Excel expertise is required.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, including IQVIA patient-level and syndicated data, specialty pharmacy data, and the US payer and health insurance environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and influence cross-functional business decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in relevant pharmaceutical therapeutic areas, including Dermatology.
- Experience applying data science methodologies to complex quantitative problems.
- Experience with VBA, SQL, R, or Python.
