Site Designer I (Landscape Architecture): Delivering landscape architecture and site design projects from concept through construction completion with an accent on design documentation, construction documents, and multidisciplinary coordination. Focus on developing high-quality renderings, plans, and specifications, solving constructability challenges, and supporting complex nationwide projects with occasional travel.
Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; occasional travel across nationwide projects is required.

What you will do
- Deliver landscape architecture projects from concept through construction completion.
- Develop design documents and presentations, including renderings, plans, and perspectives.
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review project documentation for compliance with firm standards and quality expectations.
- Support proposals, project pursuits, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or site design.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between design and constructability.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Professional Landscape Architect registration.
- Experience with SketchUp and Rhino.
