R&D Scientist Intern (PhD Students)

What you will do

• Guide and influence technical project direction through scientific and engineering expertise.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation to solve real-life technical problems.
• Create advances in science, technology, engineering, and capabilities for new or improved products, packages, processes, materials, consumer insights, or methodologies.
• Deliver technical outputs addressing critical innovation challenges and key project milestones.
• Contribute to projects in areas such as formulation, product research, product development, technology development, microbiology, analytical measurement, process development, packaging, modeling, regulatory safety, IT, data analytics, data science, and data engineering.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD in science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Graduating between January 2027 and July 2028.
• Available for a full-time six-month internship starting in January 2027.
• Strong ownership, self-leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven solution development skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with people from different cultures and organizational levels.
