Non-Compete/Trade Secrets Attorney

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in unfair competition and trade secret matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle court conferences, discovery activities, investigations, and client counseling on employment-law matters.
• Work with clients, governmental agencies, opposing counsel, e-discovery vendors, and computer forensics experts on nationwide matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and an active license in good standing in Oklahoma or Texas; other jurisdictions may be considered.
• At least 4+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong non-compete and trade secret litigation experience.
• Labor and employment litigation experience.
• Proficiency with Relativity, e-discovery vendors, and computer forensics experts.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
