Expected annual base salary: $225,000–$275,000

What you will do

• Manage litigation, regulatory enforcement, and investigations matters from inception through resolution.
• Oversee outside counsel, including scoping work and managing budgets.
• Advise internal clients on dispute and regulatory matter strategy and efficient resolution.
• Coordinate a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve litigation and investigations processes through knowledge management, reporting, and technology.

Requirements

• J.D. degree.
• Ideally 8+ years of experience at a leading U.S. law firm and/or in-house legal department focused on litigation and investigations.
• Exceptional judgment and concise communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, build consensus, and independently manage projects.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
