Alternance - Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing Specialist (natural ingredient supply chains): Supporting responsible sourcing initiatives through certification programs, supplier engagement, and due diligence across global natural ingredient supply chains with an accent on sustainability monitoring, capacity building, and field assessments. Focus on designing KPI systems, conducting supplier diagnostics, and implementing recognized certification frameworks with internal and external stakeholders.
Location: Fully onsite in Grasse, France, with travel within strategic sourcing regions.

What you will do
- Support due diligence strategies across strategic natural ingredient supply chains.
- Help implement For Life, Fair for Life, FairWild, UEBT, and third-party supplier assessment programs.
- Develop capacity-building programs, training materials, and responsible sourcing tools.
- Design monitoring and evaluation systems and KPIs to track progress and impact at source.
- Conduct field visits, diagnostics, pre-assessments, and engagements with suppliers, auditors, and local partners.
- Support the operational implementation of certification programs with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree or current Master's studies in sustainability, agronomy, environmental sciences, international development, human rights, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Seeking an alternance or gap-year experience as part of an "année de césure".
- Strong interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, and agricultural value chains.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multicultural environments.
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Internship, academic project, volunteer, or fieldwork experience in sustainability, agriculture, rural development, or supply chain topics.
