Salary: $351,987–$440,035 annually

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmia ablations and implant cardiac electronic devices.
• Use pulsed field ablation, advanced electroanatomic mapping, conduction system pacing, leadless technologies, and extravascular devices.
• Contribute to the growth of the comprehensive ventricular arrhythmia program by expanding referral networks and procedural capabilities.
• Provide outreach coverage and perform procedures at affiliated community hospitals.
• Teach and mentor internal medicine residents, cardiology fellows, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellows while participating in research, quality improvement, and scholarly activity.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Three to five or more years of experience after completing clinical cardiac electrophysiology training.
• Strong clinical, procedural, communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
• Commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and mentorship.
