What you will do
- Develop and maintain clinical study trackers, dashboards, timelines, and operational tools.
- Coordinate steering committee meetings, investigator meetings, trial events, site communications, and study start-up activities.
- Monitor enrolment, data flow, quality indicators, risks, budgets, and study progress.
- Deliver assigned risk and quality management activities and support recruitment and retention strategies.
- Coordinate vendors, investigator sites, and internal stakeholders while escalating operational risks.
- Support medical event planning, procure-to-pay activities, expense tracking, project planning, and regulatory execution.
Requirements
- Medical or scientific education, or experience in a similar position or industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a research assistant, clinical trial assistant, or in clinical study management is preferred.
- Experience in administrative management and logistics planning is preferred.
- Ability to work with study teams, vendors, investigator sites, and medical affairs stakeholders.
