Member of Technical Staff – Core AI & Neurosymbolic Systems (AI/neurosymbolic systems): Building the architectural foundation for an enterprise neurosymbolic AI platform across data engineering, machine learning, forecasting, optimization, software engineering, and agentic AI with an accent on combining neural models with symbolic computation and constraint-based planning. Focus on designing scalable production software, deploying foundation models and vector infrastructures, and constructing deterministic planning engines and multi-agent systems for autonomous enterprise planning.

Annual base salary: $178,283–$245,140

What you will do
- Architect high-throughput data pipelines and an Enterprise Knowledge Graph for petabyte-scale operational data.
- Build high-performance software frameworks and architectural blueprints for delivering AI capabilities.
- Benchmark, fine-tune, and deploy neural networks, foundation models, and vector infrastructures at scale.
- Develop predictive time-series models and statistical engines for demand planning.
- Design deterministic, constraint-based solvers and algorithmic planning engines.
- Architect agentic workflows and multi-agent systems for autonomous enterprise planning.
Requirements
- Strong engineering or research background with experience building software platforms or complex algorithms.
- Experience or strong interest in combining statistical or neural AI with symbolic, rule-based, or constraint-driven planning.
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for technical outcomes.
- Focus on turning advanced R&D into scalable, production-grade enterprise software.
- Technical depth and problem-solving ability suitable for placement across multiple AI impact tracks and seniority levels.
