What you will do
- Support technical qualification for new initiatives, raw material changes, and cost-saving projects.
- Translate formula cards and manufacturing instructions into user-friendly recipes for production systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues arising during production and project implementation.
- Develop technical plans and prepare detailed reports on findings and progress.
- Use data to propose solutions and support informed technical decisions.
- Represent the Materials Process Development team in cross-functional meetings and help train new technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Sciences, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
