Salary: $210,000–$275,000 per year, plus a competitive hours-based bonus.

What you will do
- Represent local and national employers in labor and employment matters.
- Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.
- Participate in employment litigation defense matters.
- Manage significant aspects of cases with extensive contact with clients and opposing counsel.
- Interact with governmental agencies on labor and employment issues.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor and an active California law license in good standing are required.
- At least 3 years of traditional labor experience.
- Strong analytical and legal writing skills.
- Strong writing and public speaking skills.
