Performance Fitter - Dallas East, TX (Golf Club Fitting): Conducting product fitting events and delivering customer experiences for Callaway Golf and Odyssey products with an accent on launch-monitor-based fittings, personalized product specifications, and product demonstrations. Location: Dallas East, Texas, United States; field-based role with frequent travel within the assigned territory
Salary: $16.50–$18.50 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through completion.
- Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials according to Callaway protocols.
- Conduct golf club fittings using launch monitors, the Callaway fitting protocol, and other provided tools.
- Educate consumers on and Odyssey products, including their features, advantages, and benefits.
- Provide personalized product specifications and apply selling techniques using the Odyssey Fits Tool.
- Coordinate with the Outside Sales Representative, communicate event results and challenges, and share lessons learned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong golf knowledge, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present technical product information to diverse consumers and customers.
- Valid driver's license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
- Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent travel in the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Golf club fitting experience and launch monitor experience.
- One year of retail or golf shop selling experience.
- Knowledge of Callaway products and the retail golf business.
- Access to an SUV or minivan capable of carrying golf bags and display tents.
