Adjunct Instructor - Mass Communication/Communication/Speech

Location: Texarkana, Texas, United States; courses may be delivered face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online.

Compensation: $2,400–$3,600 per undergraduate or graduate section, depending on degree level.

What you will do

• Teach Mass Communication, Communication, or Speech courses.
• Deliver courses in face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online modalities.
• Load course content, including assessments and lecture modules.
• Grade student work and submit final grades on time.
• Meet with students and comply with census and grade deadlines.
• Complete additional course administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• For undergraduate courses: a master’s degree in the teaching discipline or a related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
• For graduate courses: a doctorate or terminal degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
• Degrees and coursework must be from a regionally accredited institution.
• Submit a resume or CV, graduate-level transcripts, and at least two professional references.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.
