Application Development Advisor - Hybrid (Hyperion EPM): Supporting and enhancing the Hyperion EPM platform, including planning, Essbase, financial reporting, scripts, business rules, integrations, and system performance, with an accent on enterprise financial systems and operational reliability. Focus on designing scalable solutions, testing enhancements, troubleshooting cross-system data issues, and supporting month-end close and forecasting cycles.
Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid work schedule

What you will do
- Support day-to-day operations and end users of the Hyperion EPM 11x platform.
- Design scalable system solutions with functional teams to resolve complex business issues.
- Maintain and tune batch scripts, Visual Basic scripts, business rules, and Essbase calculation scripts.
- Perform system testing, data validation, stress testing, and troubleshooting across Hyperion applications and boundary systems.
- Coordinate operational handover with global support teams and collaborate with infrastructure, application, finance, and IT teams.
- Support month-end close and forecast/outlook cycles while improving operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a software development role.
- Experience with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management applications in SaaS and on-premise environments, including FCCS.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud Essbase Marketplace, EPCM, EPBCS, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, and PCM.
- For occasional or permanent work from home, cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
