Salary: $76,000–$112,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, stakeholders, learners, and leaders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Outline, storyboard, design, and deliver e-learning modules, training videos, interactive modules, microlearning materials, animations, infographics, and printable resources.
• Create materials supporting live instruction through in-person and virtual training.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, multimedia elements, graphics, and interactive components to improve engagement and knowledge retention.
• Adapt existing content and incorporate feedback to improve relevance and effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations, follow industry best practices, and support subject matter experts and instructors during program implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and development of learner-centric training content.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics that communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors and provide implementation support.
• Interest in using technology to enhance learning and technical expertise.
