What you will do
- Develop and execute field learning and development programs covering disease, product, and customer interaction capabilities.
- Build new-hire, continuing education, advanced learning, and field-based training programs through live sessions, e-learning, virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and assessments.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Patient Educational Services, Reimbursement, Medical, and Compliance teams to align training with business objectives.
- Manage the Product Review Board process and ensure training materials follow legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Design and deliver training materials for national, area, zone, and regional sales meetings.
- Establish performance metrics, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate agency and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; an MBA, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience, including 1+ year leading national training, field enablement, commercial capability development, or field-based sales/account management with training, coaching, or mentorship responsibilities.
- Specialty pharmaceutical or biologics experience preferred, particularly in immunology, rare disease, gastroenterology, or related areas.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific data into scalable learning content.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influence, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for 25–35% national travel and onsite work in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
