Supervisor, Guest Services (Hospitality)

Location: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol, United States; onsite role with front-of-house, valet, and casino-floor duties

Salary: $37,100–$49,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead Front Desk, Concierge, Valet Bell Services, and Coat Check operations.
• Train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and coach team members.
• Ensure prompt guest arrivals and departures, safe vehicle transportation, and smooth traffic flow.
• Resolve guest complaints, manage service recovery, and improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Control room rates and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Maintain service, safety, equipment, reporting, and brand standards while supporting the Hotel Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of full-service Front Desk or Hotel Operations experience in a supervisory role.
• Hotel Management degree or diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the previous three years.
• Must obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications, pass a background check and drug screening, and be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays, stand or sit for long periods, walk distances, and work in heat, cold, noise, chemicals, and secondhand smoke.
