Senior Staff Characterization Engineer (Analog IC Design)

What you will do

• Develop IC characterization strategies for ATE and bench-level environments.
• Create accelerated lifetime, skew-lot, and temperature testing strategies.
• Document comprehensive silicon characterization plans and design dedicated characterization hardware.
• Automate lab-based and ATE-based testing for reliable data collection and analysis.
• Perform AC timing characterization of customer proprietary communications interfaces.
• Collaborate with design and test engineering teams on circuit analysis, root cause analysis, issue tracking, and project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Electronic Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with full-product characterization and ATE test flows.
• Knowledge of power conversion and embedded systems.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring skills.
