Industrial Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose operational problems, replace worn parts, and test or adjust equipment.
• Read equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to guide maintenance and service.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Document faulty operations and unusual situations while supporting product transport and facility upkeep as needed.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification or technical education preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with electrical systems, including 480V, plus strong mechanical aptitude and small-parts dexterity.
• Ability to read blueprints; blueprint creation experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
